Systems Builder Experimental Access on request

Updated: 2026-04-08

Multi-lane routing instrument that compares lane policies, fallbacks, and profile behavior while keeping canonical responses separate from shadow telemetry.

Impact: Provides an eval-first control surface for deciding when specialist lanes help, degrade, or should remain non-authoritative research channels.

What I built

  • Routes across exec/coder/reason/experimental lanes with explicit readiness states and deterministic fallback chains.
  • Supports profile-level evaluation harnesses, direct lane characterization, and schema-versioned router telemetry.
  • Keeps Falcon-Mamba shadow characterization non-authoritative and documents Falcon-H1R as a software/runtime dead-end.

Proof: Run `make up`, `make eval-profile`, and inspect `/healthz` plus `logs/router_events.jsonl` and shadow summaries.
