What I built

• Pairs a FastAPI backend with a React clinician UI for worklists, encounter detail, note review, and sign-off.
• Uses deterministic simulated encounter streams, generated drafts, references, structured support, and replayable demo states.
• Includes product, architecture, demo, pilot, and backer briefs for a near-product conversation package.

Proof: Run `make dev` and `make e2e` to exercise the canonical presenter demo flow from the README.
